We also process product listing drafts, seller notices, screenshots, uploaded evidence files, store health inputs, repair tasks, and usage events needed to operate the product.

We use information to provide the Launch Copilot dashboard, analyze compliance risk, generate AI-assisted suggestions, manage evidence, track repair work, provide support, and maintain billing access.

We may use aggregate, non-identifying operational data to improve product quality, reliability, and rule coverage.

Launch Copilot uses service providers for authentication, database/storage, AI processing, email delivery, billing, hosting, and monitoring.

Current providers may include Supabase, AI model providers, Brevo or Resend, Creem, hosting infrastructure, and related operational tools.

Uploaded files are used for product workflows such as OCR, evidence review, appeal preparation, and repair task tracking.

Do not upload sensitive personal documents unless they are required for your marketplace workflow and you have the right to use them.

We use authentication cookies and browser storage to keep users signed in, preserve workspace state, and operate the application.

Disabling cookies may prevent login, checkout return handling, or saved workspace behavior from working correctly.

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed for product, billing, security, and legal obligations.
