Refund and Cancellation Policy
How subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Subscriptions
Launch Copilot is sold as a monthly subscription. Current paid plans are Starter at $29/month and Pro at $99/month.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available billing flow or by contacting support@mail.lc.uptraq.io.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your workspace data. You can separately request account deletion by contacting support.
3. Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or cases where the paid service was not accessible due to a Launch Copilot issue.
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge and must include the account email, charge date, plan, and reason for the request.
4. Non-refundable cases
We generally do not provide refunds for used billing periods, unused time after cancellation, dissatisfaction after meaningful use, marketplace enforcement decisions, rejected listings, failed appeals, or business outcomes outside Launch Copilot's control.
AI-generated suggestions and compliance workflows are assistance tools; they do not guarantee any marketplace result.
