Terms of Service

Launch Copilot is a subscription SaaS product for TikTok Shop sellers. It helps users analyze listing compliance risk, rewrite risky product claims, manage seller notices, organize evidence, and track repair tasks.

The service provides workflow support and AI-assisted suggestions. It does not guarantee marketplace approval, account reinstatement, appeal success, sales performance, or avoidance of platform enforcement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information. We may suspend access if account information is false, abusive, or used to evade payment or platform restrictions.

You may upload listing text, seller notices, screenshots, evidence files, and related business information. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights to that content.

Do not upload content that violates law, third-party rights, marketplace rules, or confidentiality obligations.

Launch Copilot uses third-party AI systems to help analyze and draft content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You must review all outputs before using them in TikTok Shop, seller support, appeals, or any other external workflow.

Paid plans are billed through Creem. Prices are shown on the billing page before checkout.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can request subscription or billing support at support@mail.lc.uptraq.io.

You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, reverse engineer the product, attack infrastructure, or use Launch Copilot to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.

We may limit or suspend accounts that create operational risk for the service or other users.

We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using Launch Copilot at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
